Yoga does not require you to be flexible and strong. Only thing you need to do is make the decision to step on the mat and cultivate a consistent practice. Over time your body will create the space for flexibility and strength to happen. Always remember that Yoga practice is not measured in achievements rather than relationship to self.

You can begin with any practice you feel the calling for. You don’t need to have prior experience to begin with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. If you fear that this practice is not for you, please know that there are variations to work with, that make it accessible and still get the benefits of this amazing practice.

Monthly subscription is valid for 4 weeks from the time you begin your first class. You cannot transfer classes to different months. If you lose a practice, check if you can substitute with any other class during the same month. 1:1 Online\In person sessions are more flexible and we can change the date when communicated in advance.

At the moment recordings from online classes are not available.

Commitment and consistency are keys for the practice. If you can’t commit check for drop-in options as well as opportunities for open classes that happen once in a while. Make sure to subsrcribe to get the invitation for the open classes.
