Vinyasa Yoga

we move through different creative sequences each time we step on the mat, allowing the breath to initiate every micro-movement of our body

we learn to allow our body to adapt to what is unknown cultivating ease and grace

Slow Yoga

we practice deep release

we breath fully, we move slowly while holding the postures for a while

we cultivate deep awareness of what arises in each posture ,while learning to remain equanimous

this practice has a slow pace and a therapeutic approach
